Hotel hospitality is good. The room is spacious, and there's Laundry room. Breakfast are fresh ingredients local delight. A salads corner. Overall is good

Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Facilities and services they offered were convienent and helpful. Highly recommend! Big variety of breakfast choice too.

Do not believe the “staged” pictures of this hotel. This hotel was super dirty and disappointing. The couch inside the hotel was disgusting with dirty spots. The mini fridge was not working and the staff basically said it is not supposed to be a refrigerator (big lie). The breakfast was another sham… almost all the dishes were empty. There were only 4 friend eggs and few stale croissants, nothing I repeat nothing similar to the posted pictures. We only stayed there one night and checked out the following day. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all!

可以説是來版納住了5天，最滿意的一天！
周邊🌸首先，周邊不要太方便了，我們出來旅遊本身就很累了，這個直接在最熱鬧的地理位置！離湄公河走路幾分鐘就到達了！
其次🌸品質特別高檔！不是那種網紅民俗，照片好看而已！冰箱裏竟然有我最愛喝的：力大師……天吶！怎麼有這麼懂我的酒店，還有零食！剛到酒店確實有點餓😋
服務🌸一流！前台服務態度特別特別好！高情商！拿重重的行李，給開房門，調好空調！推開窗外，巨大的浴缸🛁，泡個私湯！看着外景，美極了！
出遊🌸和閨蜜相約版納！拍了浴袍照片，酒店隨便一拍就很好看，出片很高級！

設施：全屋智能，酒店設施比較新，比較全。拍照也很好看，來的當天訂的，沒能享受到接機服務，需要提前一天預約，切記！攜程上訂的接機，26元送達。
衞生：很乾凈，是臨近三家酒店中房間比較大，價格相對居中的。非常喜歡有一次性馬桶墊、有洗衣液。
環境：環境很好，雖然臨江景色不是最好的，但是環境很適合照相📷
服務：服務超級好，運氣比較好，遇到的前台小姐姐人非常好，免費升級了房型，還給了很多旅行建議。有免費告莊內觀光車接送，11:00之前可以免費接，離星光夜市很近。
入住時間晚，沒有接到免費下午茶和入住水果。
