Banyan Tree Xishuangbanna Resort (Jinghong Gaozhuang Xishuangjing Star Night Market)

The ladies at the front desk and in the guest rooms are very enthusiastic. They say hello every time they see me. They provide free pick-up and drop-off by sightseeing cars in Gaozhuang Scenic Area. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious😋. There is also a garden on the second floor of the swimming pool, gym, and billiards room. 4-star price, 5-star experience is great!

The hotel has a Southeast Asian style. Although the door is inconspicuous and there are not many single-family rooms, it is clean and well-organized. The location is in the Gaozhuang Scenic Area, so it is quiet and not noisy; From check-in to check-out, the service attitude of all the staff was very good. At least I have been to so many places, but no one has such standard service; Overall satisfactory. The only thing lacking is that the breakfast has not many varieties and is the same every day, making it difficult for customers who stay for a few more nights to choose. Hope it can be improved.

Overall it's pretty good, especially the room is relatively spacious, the battery car butler service and breakfast are both good. There are also some problems: 1. Some facilities need to be improved, such as hot water is not stable, the toilet flushing sound is very loud, and there are too few shelves in the bathroom. 2. Hygiene needs to be improved, especially in sanitary blind corners such as the corners of pools. 3. You can only choose between packaged breakfast and dine-in breakfast, and you must make an appoin**ent one day in advance. It is relatively rigid and not very friendly for traveling with children, and the packaged breakfast is much simpler than dine-in breakfast.

Checking in on New Year's Eve, the young waiters at the hotel were very polite. When we approached, the guys at the front desk immediately stood up and greeted us warmly. The hotel's location in Gaozhuang is just right. It's just a few steps away from the core bustling district, and it's also very close to the Starlight Night Market, but not noisy. The hotel is not big, so the staff's service is very good. You can contact the housekeeper on WeChat to pick you up and drop you off. It's so happy to have a car to pick you up when you can't walk around at night! The room is very new, the facilities are comparable to five-star hotels, and the details are very good👍The resort-style hotel has its own outdoor swimming pool. The children were very excited. Even though it was winter, they went swimming at four or five o'clock when it was a little hot. The hotel added a lot to this trip to Xishuangbanna, highly recommended!
