Good service. I added the host’s WeChat a few days before landing and she shared a lot of local information I was interested in. She is always readily available on WeChat for any requests. There’s a fridge in the room, which was a bonus considering the weather. The balcony has a nice view of Xishuangbanna. It is also a walking distance from the night market, so convenient.
While we were there the building had a water crisis and we ended up not being able to take a shower for a day, which was horrible because of the heat. The host initially brought us a few 500 ml water bottles but that was obviously enough to bath. Later on she brought us water in 2 buckets which helped a little. But overall, it was a water disaster in the toilet.
