Disappointing. The most annoying thing is that staff use the hotel as their home and daycare - they live on the fourth floor and kids are allowed to run around all of the time. Very noisy. Very annoying. Hotel is not complete. There is still construction work going on. The pool had no water for the first two days of our stay. We were given a free upgrade but our view was terrible. The cleaning staff did not make the beds properly until we asked them to. There was a washing machine but no line to hang washing. The light at the side of the bed was broken. The tap for the bath leaked. The door to balcony broke. The reception desk is not 24 hours so we could not check out properly when we left. The biggest positive is the location and design. Would not stay here again.

It’s near the night market and tourist buss service. The only problem was they never really cleaned our room in the morning. Other than that if was a good stay at a affordable rate.
