這怕是假的温德姆酒店吧…各方面都配不上四星！挺陳舊了 都是常住的長者 衞生間有異味 洗澡間會漫水！想問打掃人員多要幾瓶水 居然説要收5元一瓶！前台人員要欠債臉一樣！後經攜程協調免費喝水了…太無語了

酒店位置有點偏僻距離告莊挺遠的，然後沒有接機服務，不過距離機場也不遠，打車到的酒店，中間還穿過了一條衹能過一輛車的小路，確實太偏僻了，一個人的話感覺肯定還有點害怕，酒店温泉現在還沒有呈現，有一個室外泳池但是要另外收費，20塊錢一個人，而且泳池地板感覺還沒咋洗乾淨，踩到有種滑膩感，有點無語，房間還行，但是我總覺得有一股味道（家裡拖了地如果拖把不乾淨感覺有時候也會有那種味道）朋友還説有聞到新裝修的那種味道，不過我沒怎麼聞到（除了負一樓和游泳池更衣室聞到有，房間還好）早餐就很一般

酒店環境雅緻，服務熱情周到，每個房間都還有休息和觀景陽台。房間內還配有地域特產普洱茶，沏一壺普洱坐在陽台，極目遠眺，藍天白雲爽心悦目。院內還有温泉，收費還很合理，真是物超所值！

酒店距離機場二十分鐘的車程，入住時免費升級了房型，房間裏自帶小冰箱，還有賓客經理免費贈送飲料，服務非常熱情，設施設備齊全，陽台外的風景也很美，住得滿意！

很棒的酒店，旁邊是度假區，風景很好 可以看到大佛。酒店很安靜，晚上幾乎沒有聲音。房間設施很好，非常乾淨，泰式風格裝修，露台非常好，喝酒休閑都不錯。前台靈子美女服務好，熱情周到，還送了飲品，下一次還住這裏，推薦小夥伴都來住這裏哦。

因為喜歡安靜，每次到版納都會首選他家，喜歡入住高樓層，在陽台喝喝茶看看外面的景色，自駕過來很方便，門口就能停車，酒店人員很有禮貌，每次過來都很親切，會贈送飲料升級房型。

有早餐，服務很好，新酒店，設備很新，環境也很好，我們定的晚上10點的機票，貼心的給我們延遲到下午4掉退房，這邊在新開發，期待酒店的泳池和温泉♨️，已經推薦給了朋友，下次過來一定再來
