I'm afraid this is a fake Wyndham hotel...it doesn't deserve four stars in every aspect! It's quite old. They are all elderly residents. The bathroom has a peculiar smell and the shower room will be flooded! I wanted to ask the cleaning staff how many more bottles of water I wanted, but they said they would charge 5 yuan for a bottle! The front desk staff looks like a debtor! Later, through the coordination of Ctrip, we were given free water... I was so speechless.

設施：還行，地下停車場離酒店有點距離

環境：還行，周邊挺安靜的
服務：差，算是雲南旅遊期間遇到服務態度最差的一家酒店了，辦理入住時不會告知温泉和早餐。温泉泡池不提醒浴巾在櫃子了，因為我們是住店的換好衣服直接進到温泉區才發現他們不像常規温泉酒店一樣會在泡池區域提供浴巾。折回去問工作人員才知道在衣櫃裏，又得走個五分鐘路程回去拿毛巾。建議加強員工培訓
温泉體驗:不錯，雖然住很多人但是泡温泉人不多。
總的來説，酒店硬件設施還行，但是酒店服務人員還待加強培訓。如果是平時入住價格還行的話可以考慮，如果是旺季估計會有不太好的體驗

酒店不錯，部分小細節還可以，我們是兩個平台定的房，安排在同一層但是不挨着，辦理入住時讓給調了一下，排在了一起。房間部分設施設備有點兒出乎意料，可能一個地方有一個地方的當地特色吧，很滿意，服務很不錯
