The staff were extremely helpful and kind. As a returning customer, the manager gave us an upgrade by surprise, which made our stay extra comfy.
They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Mrs Lei who works in the restaurant. She offered her own coffee to us in early morning before the barista started working. She also provided us exactly what we wanted for each breakfast, on time. My partner is from the UK, he said that he has never felt so at home abroad just because of Mrs Lei!

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!

Such a pleasant stay! It’s a really nice and modern hotel! Really peaceful and quiet around. The pool was amazing with a nice view. Our room had its own terrace with a table and chairs outside and the location was close to the touristic places.
The breakfast was mostly Chinese, not too many options to choose from but I think it’s understandable since the hotel its not really big.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay at Xishuangbanna. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to the night market. Within the city center, the hotel provides a shuttle. The receptionists were all very friendly and we felt really comfortable.

The landline phone beeped several times for no reason in the middle of the night, seriously affecting my sleep. The sound of water flowing was also very clear, and the footsteps in the corridor were very audible.

Secondly, the service attitude of the guy at the front desk was very good. He took the initiative to help us get a taxi and arrange airport pick-up service.
