This is my regular hotel in Xishuangbanna, partly due to the fabulous location, and partly due to the service, amenities, and reasonable rates.
The river view is fabulous and I recommend getting it if available.
Location-wise, it's walking distance to many restaurants, temples, market area, as well as the Starlight Night Market.
The staff are friendly and amenable, the breakfast is OK, and the rooms comfortable and clean.
I definitely recommend it for consideration.

A well located hotel with friendly staff who were very willing to help. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishments and appeared that some updates were required. The room was clean and tidy. We heard some noise from the adjoining business but the manager responded to our request very quickly.

The decoration and facilities of this hotel are completely designed to cause trouble. The bathroom has a folding sliding door, which is not smooth to open and close and makes a lot of noise. I don't know what all the switches control. The small room has no door, only a curtain. The door lock is not easy to use. The breakfast is very monotonous and the quality is not very good. It is not fresh and looks unhygienic and tastes very bad. There is not even any pickled mustard tuber. You can only solve it yourself.
