The room faces the street, it is very noisy, there is no view to speak of, the facilities are old, there is a smell as soon as you enter the room, it seems that it has been renovated for many years, the room is very humid, the lighting is not good, the hygiene is very poor, there are water marks on the table and floor , it seems that they were not cleaned after check-out, and the towels and bath towels smelled bad. We bought disposable bath towels from takeaway, and there were brown juice marks on the slippers. I don’t know what they were. Overall, the experience was too bad. The price was more than 200 yuan. It’s not worth it. There are rooms over 100 in Xishuangbanna. Selling this kind of quality for over 200 is really taking advantage of customers. Please avoid this trap.

這是這麼多年旅遊住酒店踩的最大的坑，可以稱為天坑！這個酒店居然被攜程評為版納高檔酒店第十一名，簡直誤導消費。最大的優點就是距離星光夜市近，去遊客集散中心也方便，步行可以到達。其他就是一塌糊塗。首先這酒店就是個羣租酒店，幾家酒店共用一棟建築，分佈在不同樓層，你説它這個酒店能好到哪裡？而且房間內設施都比較陳舊。第二，這個吉象谷酒店最**的就是在春節漲價太瘋狂，平時淡季就300元左右的價格，這個春節初一初二我們在攜程價格達到了驚人的1688元，整整漲到了平時價格的5.6倍，實在是太黑心了。這也是雲N景區春節旺季3星四星酒店的一貫做法，瘋狂漲價。關鍵它達不到四星的標準啊，連個早餐廳都沒有。人家國際五星酒店旺季也會漲價，但是人家漲價不離譜，最多也就淡季的2.5倍，漲1.5倍，可以理解，人家國際五星達得到要求啊！第三，攜程審核把關不嚴，這種連四星標準都達不到的所謂高檔酒店攜程沒有盡到檢查把關義務，另外攜程沒有提醒註明哪些是旺季漲價達到三倍以上的酒店？便於遊客選擇，防止踩坑。也只有一個小優點，就是需要什麼物品，前台都會很快送達。

樓上風景不錯，每天在陽台上看風景，喝着茶很愜意。房間每天打掃及時，酒店去一些景點有包車業務，出行很方便。另外，由於是家庭出行，房間有一張大床，兩張單人床，很貼心。房間空間也大，這樣房型也很難得。

所住西雙版納吉象谷酒店體驗極差。有以下3點。1.所住14樓房門關上，過一會，不用卡就能打開，見視頻，極不安全，極易失竊。2.露台玻璃門根本就關不上。3.左右推拉移動玻璃門，隔音效果很差，半夜1-2點，樓下馬路邊上卡拉Ok，仍然很嘈雜，無法睡覺。

房間很不錯，比較寬敞；酒店雖然不大，但服務熱情，主動引導我們去地下停車場，免費停車，樓下商業很發達很豐富，距離星光夜市等都很近。唯獨就是在鬧市區，晚上可能噪音有些大，對安靜有要求的要注意一下。
