Very nice hotel and great help desk staff 👍

What can I say? We picked this hotel for the price and the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool is closed for CoVid yet every other hotel had their pools open. Then we went investigating and the pool area was like an apocalyptic nightmare. People were smoking on our nonsmoking floor. None of the extra activities listed in the hotel’s details like KTV, bowling, spa, peacock garden, etc were available or were nonexistent. The room itself was comfortable. Good beds. Good pillows. Nice view. The biggest bonus this hotel gets is they delivered ice to our room every night. Breakfast was also acceptable with some western options and the Chinese options were good.

Overly expensive for what it actually is. It's more like glorified apartment blocks. The rooms are small and a bit dark without balconies. Our overlooked run down and gutted buildings in the complex. There is no breakfast and the dinning looked average and expensive. It seem to rely on bus tours. Poor soles if they are paying top dollar for these types of hotels. The pool was closed due to Covid and no compensation was made. It's location is however good as its working distance the the water splashing plaza where Covid tests are available. It's also next to the river and a park. The imperial part is also within walking distance. The restaurants adjacent are very very average and not really worth visiting. The hotpot at the end of the street was very disappointing and very over priced. They seem to ensnare one off tourists who don't want to walk too far.

Great experience somewhat interrupted by the earthquake that night! Staff were fantastic, got everyone out and then back in when safe. Also were understanding when I wished to move hotels to one with fewer floors!

All the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is also rich and varied, and the location is very advantageous. It is very close to the riverside night market and next to the golf course. In short, I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Xishuangbanna, I will choose Century Empark Hotel again

This is the second time I have stayed at Century Golden Resources Hotel. It is an old five-star hotel with a grand lobby. Today, you can still feel the magnificent momentum. The hotel is in a good location, by the Lancang River, opposite Gaozhuang, and the night view is beautiful. The hotel rooms near the golf course have beautiful scenery and a wide view, and you can also see the beautiful sunrise. Although the room facilities and equipment are slightly old, the management and service are still in place. After arriving at the store, the hotel staff upgraded the room and gave us breakfast. The warm and thoughtful service made us feel very warm in our hearts! Highly recommended among hotels of the same price!

I deliberately avoided Gaozhuang and chose to have a good rest here. I specially booked to stay in Building A for a consecutive stay, thinking that the experience would be better than Building C. After arriving, I felt that the overall service awareness was not strong. The sound insulation of the room was really bad. The sound of closing and opening doors in other rooms and the corridor was too noisy (the front desk said that many guests had responded to this problem and it could not be solved). The breakfast was mixed with other buildings. It was a mess. The position depended on grabbing or sharing tables. Even the cleaning was not done in time (the front desk said that it was too late to do it). After staying, I didn’t feel that the price of Building A was high? I ate breakfast for one day out of three days. I really couldn’t accept the feeling of a tour group.

Four of us stayed at Building C of Xishuangbanna Century Jinyuan Hotel. The hotel has been open for more than 10 years. The furniture and facilities are very old and the colors are depressing. There is not a bottle of beverage in the refrigerator in the room. The scale on the faucet in the bathroom has not been cleaned for many years and cannot be wiped off without special detergent. In short, the room rate of 1,390 yuan per day for the fifth day of the Spring Festival is also very poor value for money. I made a strategy in advance and knew that I should choose a high floor facing the golf course. First, the view is good, second, this side is quiet, and third, the room faces south and has less humid smell (the customer service said that the room on the north side cannot guarantee the odor). Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock. It seems that there are many varieties but the taste is very average. To be fair, it is the accommodation level of a state-owned guesthouse. It is recommended that customers who pay attention to the quality of the hotel choose carefully.

We started our trip to Banna with such a thrilling feeling! In the middle of the night, my friend wanted to go out for a drink, so we went to the front desk to ask where to take a taxi to find a bar. The girl at the front desk said that it was 400 meters to the Dragon Boat Night Market, so there was no need to take a taxi to a far place. Sure enough, we walked to the still lively night market. I felt the fireworks of Banna in the middle of the night! I walked to Manting during the day and went to the riverside at night. There was also rock music in the beach square, and the transportation was really convenient. What's new is that there are peacocks working in the lobby during the day. Occasionally, I found that they were real birds when they moved. High-end performance art! We changed three hotels this time, and Jinyuan was the cheapest. After comparing the whole process, Century Jinyuan has the largest room, the most standard, and the most reassuring! I will only stay here when I come again in the future. I forgot an important thing: his breakfast is the most abundant! The best!
