酒店的前身是斯維登，硬件底子還是不錯的。房間面積較大，設施齊全（有冰箱），卧具較為舒適。部分硬件有些小問題，前台的處理還算及時，需要注意設備維護。
酒店位於景洪市中心區域，周邊都是普通居民生活區，出行方便，餐飲選擇較多。

入住需謹慎，特別是到店付錢 有按金等情況 根本就不一樣 退房走後遲遲不見返按金 很無語，各種問了就是不見返按金到賬。客房各種設施都挺不錯。就是不應該用這樣的套路來套路顧客，你可以提前説明房價多少。選擇權在於顧客。

住宿登記需要自助登記，房間電視不能看，網絡需要頻繁重啟，反饋了，回覆説等等給處理，就這樣等了一夜。出差來景洪，本來打算先住一晚看看，合適的話多住幾天，沒辦法第二天早早換了賓館。

住了三天綜合看是不錯的，就是最後一天孩子睡著了，我出去買東西心思晚點退房我是會員可延長倆點，然後客服説一點，不知道聽哪個，其餘都不錯，問什麼客服都會馬上回復，處理，綜合給五星好評吧，這個地理位置打車，線車方便，就是小吃少，但是外賣也挺方便

不建議入住 能八點前出門退房的可以入住。早上隔壁到處都是裝修聲音 吵的不行。詢問前台説去解決 然後過半個小時就説沒辦法。入住體驗極差

房間不在告莊附近，但可以騎共享電動車去玩，也很方便。居住環境不錯，房間挺大的，電器都配備，前台服務態度也不錯，讓我們房間延遲退房了兩個小時
