觀瀾茶居民宿是一棟獨立的別墅，離潑水廣場很近，出行非常方便而且周邊環境安靜。老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，服務到位，有求必應。房間乾淨整潔，特別是老闆還免費接送站。他家的早餐特別好吃，品種足夠豐富。

1.位置優越，潑水廣場旁，對面就是江邊夜市，打車，騎電動都很方便。旁邊還有大潤發，吃東西買東西都很方便。家人們，出門一定要住在這種出行方便的地方。
2.衞生乾淨，房間寬敞。設備完善，有質感。
3.服務就更不用説了，老闆大連人，熱情周到，還提供遊玩攻略，非常好。房東大哥大姐，送我們到火車站，感覺更像親戚朋友一樣。

第一次來西雙版納，本來就是一個匆匆過客，定民宿也是抱着試試看的心裏，服務衞生説的過去就行，住幾天就走。本着這種心裏預訂了觀瀾茶居民宿。
但是令我驚訝的，房間非常整潔，乾淨！地板是那種紅色的，暖暖的，顯得高端典雅！
老闆不僅熱情，還非常實在，不像那種虛情假意的，總想着多掙錢，不講究的那種。處處為你着想，讓你避了不少坑，心裏很得勁。比如哪些應該去的，哪些不該花的，就像隔壁鄰居，向熱，乾脆直接。
很期待下次來西雙版納，再到觀瀾茶居把茶言歡，共享盛世繁華！

性價比非常高。位置位於江邊夜市邊，真的就是邊邊。但一點都不吵。鬧中取靜。打車也方便，不像住告莊裡麪，堵車還吵。價格也優惠。是一棟三層老式別墅，紅木設計，有的年輕人可能不喜歡，覺得不洋氣，但別有風味，有點民國別墅的感覺。老闆也耐心，大連人，非常耐心認真解答問題。有接機接站服務。我們那個房間門口地板有點鬆動，走路有聲響，但我也就洗漱走動比較多，其他時間還好，所以覺得影響不大。在意的可以和老闆説。江邊夜市東西真的便宜。有的物品比淘寶還便宜。

交通方便，去哪裡步行或打車都行，打車不過十元左右，也有公共交通。周邊飲食多選。過橋就是告莊西雙景和星光夜市，星光夜市那邊吵到半夜沒法入睡。這裡是別墅，安靜舒服環境好，近江邊夜市和瀾滄江邊，枕頭也不高舒服，房間乾淨有窗或陽台。
老闆人好，早餐乾淨多樣化，特別是小菜和小花糯玉米、水果，還有老闆娘做的包子好吃。免費接機。推薦朋友來住這邊，贊！

1、老闆服務真的很熱情很到位，親自開車到車站接，第二天老闆還把車借給我們自駕去曼遠、傣族園等地遊玩。
2、酒店位置理想，位於市中心，乘車方便，對面有江邊夜市，

設施：住着特別舒服，設施也比較完善。連住5晚 最後回昆明住的酒店都沒有這個酒店舒服。早餐也很豐盛。
衞生：每天都給打掃 。
環境：出門就是江邊夜市（據説當地人逛的夜市）。晚上也不吵，右邊100米大潤發，小食街，往南走有個烤雞 米線 （老闆推薦的）也是特別好吃，走路5-8分鐘，離曼聽公園也特別近。
服務：老闆特別好，給我們提供了很多方便，我在攜程訂了很多酒店，想着來看看環境，就沖老闆服務果斷把其他酒店都退掉了，想去版納的小夥伴閉眼提前訂房吧，一共就8間房，晚了就沒有了，我們住的時候每天都是滿的，想去景點找老闆打聽做攻略。

家庭出遊不錯的選擇，別墅式民宿酒店，環境好，實木地板，有寬闊的陽台可以晾曬衣服；位置佳，酒店樓下就在江北夜市旁邊，20分鐘內可騎行到星光夜市，東北老闆熱情豪爽，不僅提供接機服務，考慮到我們人多不好打車，還免費借了自己的商務車給我們用，為超級好老闆點贊👍🏻
