It's my first time to come to Banna. I'm so lucky. The boss sister is super. The room is very big, but I forgot to take a picture. I like the decoration style of the room. I like the Japanese feel. The decorations are also very exquisite. The first floor is like a museum. The atmosphere is full of atmosphere. The location of the B&B is very good, and behind it is the starlight. It's very close to the night market and everywhere. My sister treated us to a family dinner. It was super delicious and gave us a sense of belonging. Highly recommended. Like, like, like👍

Objective evaluation: Stayed for six consecutive days, no free airport pick-up and drop-off service, free pick-up from the station after communication, no elevator, need to carry luggage to the second floor by yourself, no hot water on the first day of check-in, and no water in the afternoon of the second day! The decoration next door is noisy, and the electric drill is right next to the head, so I can't stay in the room. During the stay, because there was no cleaning staff, the sanitation was not done for 6 nights, and the sheets and quilts were not changed! There is also an order that shows check-out at 14:00, but it turns out that the guests will return at 12:00. We can only have a meal in a hurry and leave. The experience is not very good. In short, the service is not good. The room environment is as shown in the picture, and the location is okay .
