I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Wyndham Xishuangbanna. The resort grounds were lush and tropical — a perfect welcome to Yunnan. The room was spacious, clean, and great for a family with young kids. Staff were helpful, and though English was limited, they did their best to assist. I really appreciate the online concierge who helped me book my Trainsport, spa, etc. Breakfast was good. We appreciated the peaceful environment after our long train journey. Highly recommended for families looking to explore Xishuangbanna in comfort.

Good value resort about 20mins from downtown if you want to escape the touristy downtown area. Good amenities included such as meals, afternoon tea, airport drop off and photography. Suites were nice and the pool and game room are nice for kids. Checkin was slower 20mins than expected finding our reservation and registration.

Facilities: Opened in 2018, the facilities are getting old. The phone in the first room was broken. After upgrading the room, the electric kettle line was broken. The TV could not be watched for a long time, and I was too lazy to change rooms.
