After an 8-day trip to Yunnan, I found this Hanting Hotel the best value. It's close to the high-speed rail station and the train station, and will be convenient once the bridge is repaired. It's clean and has a washing machine, dryer, and a food delivery robot (the dryer's filter is also clean). The B&B I stayed at in Lijiang for the same price had no facilities and was filthy!

The location in the city center is very convenient, just a short taxi ride from the airport. Within a few hundred meters, you'll find the bus station, Jinghong Farmers Market, Laotian BBQ Sticky Rice, and many recommended restaurants. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and well-insulated. The hotel we stayed in on our first day in Banna was right next to Kongque Lake, close to both the high-speed rail station and the bus terminal, making transportation very convenient. We booked a twin room with friends while traveling to Banna. The hotel also provided airport pickup, which was very thoughtful. They called ahead to inquire.
