I contacted the front desk to ask them to clean it. However, it was all floating plush and there was no way to clean it because my children and I were in conflict with each other. I had a dust allergy, so I changed the room. I checked at the time and it was fine. However, when I turned on the air conditioner at night, it started to drift again.
