The hotel overall is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. The National Day premium is not high either. Although I only stayed for one night, the room was quite big and clean. There is a swimming pool, and there are children playing there. As for the service, I still feel that it needs to be improved a little bit. It's a bit chaotic. Maybe there are too many people staying? Overall, the pick-up service was pretty good. The pick-up guy was also very helpful. He arrived early and was waiting for us. Have recommended to friends.

酒店工作人員服務貼心，尤其前台小姐姐來了還給免費升級了房間，酒店裡的草坪可以扎帳篷，大泳池水温合適衞生乾淨，房間設備全面沒有異味，住的很舒服～

房間面積衞生沒問題，床品衞浴用的都是三線品牌，與印象中温德姆不相符，不過版納這個地方，漢庭都能喊四星。投影儀大半夜沒事自己上去，嚇尿了。房間沒電子秤，洗浴用品品質有待提升，整體檔次略低於全季一檔。早餐80一位，四菜倆湯，基本光盤，9點去基本沒啥了，差評，漢庭的早餐檔次都略差，真不值80，搶錢呢
