As a designer, I have to stay in a designer homestay wherever I go. Suyinbanshan has a strong sense of design, and the guest rooms are full of quality. The overall style is low-key and simple luxury, elegant and high-end. The homestay is halfway up the mountain, and you can see the panoramic view of the entire village and the urban landscape of Banna. The ecological insects and birds in the tropical rainforest are indeed a very good experience.

Xishuangbanna is a bit hot, but the people are very friendly. The service of Suyin Banshan B&B is also very friendly. They recommended me many local delicacies and places to visit. Hiking is really fun. The design of this store is very thoughtful, and it feels like you are in the rain forest. The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. I ate two bowls of rice noodles. Good review 1️⃣: It took me a long time to decide to come to Banna, but this B&B gave me a very good experience. It is in the Dai village, but not remote, and very close to the Gaozhuang Night Market! It is convenient to eat around. I thought the room was a Dai building, but it is very suitable for modern people to live in. The Toto toilet is the same as the one I use at home. It feels like I am back home. If I come to Banna next time, I will probably choose this B&B again.

There are so many B&Bs in Banna that I am spoilt for choice! But I would recommend this one because of its unique environment, green plants and running water, and it is super spacious. The B&B also has many ethnic minority clothes that are free for you to wear and take photos. The owner is also very welcoming, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast rice noodles are delicious. I like it very much!
