Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The private hot spring provided is superb. Complementary clothes washing is a big plus. Environment is quiet and peaceful except occasional airplane noise. Very satisfied overall.

This trip to Banna was the most satisfying one I stayed at. It was really great! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the meticulous service. The staff are warm and friendly, answering all your questions, making you feel at home. The hotel's hot spring is even more amazing! Soaking in the hot spring, the fatigue of the day is instantly dissipated. The water temperature is comfortable and the water quality is clean.
