Due to a rainstorm, the hotel rooms had a 10-hour power outage. I asked the front desk, and they said it could be fixed during the day. However, all other rooms had power, and only my room (8708) was without power for 10 hours.
The front desk wouldn't change rooms, and no one followed up with me about repairs. This service is incomprehensible! Even after I complained, no one from the hotel staff followed up!
Hotels are supposed to be for rest, but I didn't get any rest at all. It was stuffy, hot, and full of mosquitoes!
