The hotel itself was very clean, had great rooms and the employees were very friendly and understanding. Ordering a ride to pick us up from the train station and bring us back to the train station went without any problems whatsoever. The rooms were cleaned every day discretely. The facilities in the room were clean and modern.
The only little point of criticism I have would be the not so varied breakfast, but I really don't want to complain about it, since we got our room at such a great price and got breakfast included and pickup at the station included.
The only real disadvantage of this hotel is, that it is far from the center of activity in Xishuangbanna, so that one needs to use a taxi to get anywhere, or walk for a long time.

It had been an amazing experience staying in the hotel. The staff here is friendly and helpful whenever we need help. Easy to communicate via texts to arrange the pick-up service. The room is exactly the same as the image & food is easy to eat as they have lots of choices to choose. Highly recommended this hotel. We hope to come back again next time.

1. Free pickup and send-off transport services.
2. The room was very clean & all room facilities were functioning well. The pillows and bed were so comfortable that we had the best sleep in 2 weeks of our travel in Yunnan.
3. Above the rest of the other hotels we used to stay, this one was equipped with hi tech voice command device for all travellers need from closing & opening curtains, switching on/off room light, providing info about the weather, eating places, attractive attractions and much more... ie whatever we ask/ command.
4. The front desk service was polite & helpful* when attending to our needs

The newly renovated hotel has new facilities and good services. There is also a 24-hour driver to pick up and drop off the airport. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the hotel that day, so the generator was noisy. The problem exposed was that the power went out twice during the night when the power was switched. It returned to normal after a few minutes, but the curtains would immediately be opened, and the naked buttocks would immediately hide in the bathroom.

I called the hotel in advance to see if we needed to be picked up. I was afraid it would be too late, but they still received us warmly and upgraded our room. The hotel has a free laundry room and is very close to the train station. Not a bad experience. , and also, some designs are very good. There is also a clothes drying rod installed in front of the air conditioner, which is convenient for drying clothes. It's great.

The service is absolutely nothing to say, very good. I was a light sleeper and was assigned to a room near the elevator. The front desk offered to change rooms, but my parents were old and didn't want to go back and forth, so they didn't go. Thank you very much. I can feel that the front desk tries its best to help customers solve problems and considers customers. It’s good. The towels are disposable and the air-conditioning outlet can be used to dry clothes. The details are really nice.
