Stayed for 4 nights, it's hard to describe. First, I asked the butler for some water. I ordered for 4 days, a box of 12 bottles. It’s not too much to ask for a whole box directly. We have two adults and one child, so only 4 bottles of drinking water of about 500ml a day? It was the first time I encountered a hotel that was unwilling to provide drinking water and asked guests to drink tap water without pre-filtration (Figure 1). When I booked the hotel, it was 600 yuan per night, and it was not cheap for a 5th or 6th tier city after the Spring Festival (according to the local driver's own evaluation). Speaking of hygiene, from the time I checked in to the time I left, there was a pool of what looked like old vomit in front of the toilet (Figure 2). No one had dealt with it, and I could see it every time I went to the toilet. It was really embarrassing. I suggest you not use the "one-touch light off" function in the room, as it will turn off the bathroom exhaust as well, and then you'll be woken up by the stench of the sewer in the middle of the night. I later used a plastic bag filled with water to block the floor drain (Figure 3), but it didn't work. It should be the smell from the toilet, it was really too stinky! During the four days, the aunt only adjusted the quilt on one day, and on the other days she just changed two garbage bags. I would like to ask, can I get a refund for a hotel with no service, poor hygiene, and a room full of odor?
