外部環境有些臟亂嘈雜 屋內空調聲大 衞生間地磚特別不防滑 有水跡就得隨時擦 乾濕不分離 換氣是用格柵通到走廊 門總自動關 得擱東西夾上才行 好在房間寬敞 新裝修沒異味 一些幹擾和不便也能克服 讓人鬱悶的是 來時説好到年前 結果臨時坐地起價 近乎翻番 淡季時來住的 旺點兒了就可以拋開信用嗎？還弄得我特別倉促 重新找房難度已經大了 被迫無奈衹能換地方！ 一個交通和環境衞生並不太強 衹有氣候有些優勢的地方 最後空氣裏瀰漫的都是商業氣息和利益至上 也是領教了！最後因沒票好歹延長兩天 加兩分吧。。。

距離夜市很近，會感覺很熱鬧，你懂吧，怕熱鬧的會體驗不太好。環境麼，別挑剔了，在夜市附近有住的，挺好了。因為地處鬧市區，停車麻煩，要去公共停車場。正常停車一天40，通過老闆優惠一半，小福利吧。
