The next day, because Yuele was out of rooms, we booked a room across the street. The experience was truly negative. We stayed for three days, and not a single day was without issues. On the first day, the water heater broke, so we had to switch rooms at 9 PM, from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom. (The owner actually said, "Two rooms are enough for four of you.") The next day, when we returned to our original room, we discovered numerous dead mosquitoes on the quilt. The bathroom floor drain wasn't draining, so we had to step in the water to shower the entire time. On the third day, our itinerary changed and we wanted to check out early, but the owner refused to refund the full amount, saying that the price (based on the first booking) was already a discount and who could match it now? We don't have to stay at your place, okay?
