We stayed during the Spring Festival, so room premiums are inevitable. But what I want to talk about this time is the cleanliness and room arrangements of this hotel First of all, the room I booked was on floors 2-5. But when I arrived at the store, I was placed on the first floor and told that there was no room available. This so-called room feels like a makeshift one. The window of the room is on the platform of a sales company. People from the company sit by your window drinking tea and chatting! There is no way to open the curtains, your every move will be seen, and I think the biggest problem is unsafe! Even if you open the window, they will enter your house. You can check out my video. Secondly, the hygiene is extremely poor! There was a large yellow stain on the bed, there were hairs on the toilet on the bed, and the floor was extremely dirty with various mud stains. What's ridiculous is that the room was not cleaned, and after being asked to do it, they were just given a set of toiletries! There was no bottle of water or toilet paper, so I had to ask the front desk for it! Can this be called cleaning? A really bad experience and not recommended!

裝修漂亮，簡約高級，老闆是有審美的，住了兩天很舒適，超級喜歡這個和室，很喜歡，本來要去訂沒有的，但很喜歡又考慮到價格，老闆直接説可以給我們免費升級，太開心了，有時間我就去和室坐着，從那個方向看床，床頭裝飾像落日一樣很美，設備很新，什麼都很好用，反正沒確定，乾淨衞生也挺安靜。下次再來版納一定還來這家！
