If you’re looking for a clean, comfy and friendly boutique hotel with close convenience to local amenities, the infamous night market activities and have a grand view of the city. Then this is the place for you. The staff are friendly and you can arrange an airport pickup.

接站服務:很好，小哥哥很帥
設施：還行，就是水龍頭很Bug，調節温度很難
衞生：還行，晚上不關窗容易進蚊子
環境：還行，夜景拍出來還是很美
服務：前台小姐姐還有一個小哥哥服務很好，
一個男的東北腔的就眼高於頂，非常讓人不舒服（劃重點）

我定的是600多一宿的房間，咱也不知道是版納現在太火爆，還是我撿着便宜了，這個價位的房間硬是毛都沒有，不用懷疑就是什麼都沒有。

旅行2個多月，一路走來，住了各種類型的酒店，這家是最差的一家，首先前台那個負責接待的女的，態度十分不好，他家沒有自己獨立的停車場，和其它很多家民宿和公司等混用一個地下停車場，我們費了好大的勁才找到地下停車場，停車場很黑，根本找不到她家的停車位，給這個前台的女的一遍一遍的打電話問，一會讓我們自己找，一會又讓我們視頻，20分鐘過去了，我們也沒找到他家的停車位，後來是一個男服務員下來幫我們找的位置。給我們安排的房間，地面也很臟，衞生不好，房間洗手枱用水，不分冷熱水，衹有一個管，沒有涼水可用，房間裏的設施也是一般般，總之，一次非常不好的入住體驗。

酒店提供接機很方便，師傅直接把我送到酒店電梯裏，進房間後驚呆了，大大的浴缸，乾濕分離的浴室，戴森的吹風機，全屋智能，不僅提供冰箱，冰箱裏的飲料和水果都是免費使用，還提供的餅乾鮮花餅，咖啡，露台很大，可以坐在露台上吹風，看夜景！交通特別方便，下樓就是星光夜市，必須給五星好評！

非常滿意的一次住店體驗，感謝小姐姐。一來就幫我們升級了江景房，房間超級感覺乾淨整齊，還有大陽台，可以俯瞰瀾滄江和星光夜市。全屋智能燈光和窗簾很方便。小姐姐人超好，有問題第一時間解決，還給我們推薦了好吃的餐廳，親測很好吃！房間整潔乾淨，每天打掃，加水果和飲料，臨行還送了伴手禮，滿意～感謝～

來之前跟姐妹糾結要不要選一個帶陽台的房間 最後我取勝 從接機到最後整個過程堪稱完美～
首先我們提前預約了接機服務 剛落地小哥哥電話就打進來了 我跟姐妹充滿了安全感 有人帶路幫忙拿行李 讓我們省了不少心 一路上小哥哥説話慢條斯理的為我們介紹西雙版納玩的地方和地方特色 這個環節💯分～
到了房間後真的很開心我們選了一個陽台房 可以俯瞰星光夜市和湄公河全部夜景 盡收眼底 這個環節💯分～
房間裏衹有你不到了 沒有酒店沒準備的 我帶的都多餘了 他們想的都很周到 從衞生間到冰箱 每個小細節都拿捏 這個環節💯分～

工作原因經常出差，外加喜歡旅遊，人生中大大小小的酒店民宿也住過成百上千了，負責任的從以下四個維度點評一下。
設施：所見皆所得，去年開業的酒店設施很新，全屋智能，每天跟小度愉快的對話，動動嘴皮子發送各種指令，適合我這種懶人。床墊很舒服，支撐度強又不失柔軟，並且提供高低軟硬程度不同的兩種枕頭，總有一個是你的愛！房間真的真的真的很隔音！樓下的星光夜市吵吵鬧鬧，陽台拉門一拉上，秒變安靜的世外桃源！
衞生：連住三天，管家每天都會主動詢問要不要打掃。打掃起來也是迅速且整潔！全屋米白色基底，看着就乾淨清透！
環境：入住時給的是能看到星光夜市和瀾滄江的房型，陽台景觀真的是我心中的No1！不同於海景房的景色單一，這裏兼具自然風光和人文景觀。白天一片靜謐，夜晚星光夜市的燈海點亮，又是另一番景緻！出行很方便，離莊內各種網紅店都不超1公里，腿腳好耐熱的可以選擇步行，像我這種不耐熱的懶人打車也都不超過10元！
服務：入住前一天，就會有管家詢問是否需要安排接站接機。接機小哥也是第一時間聯繫安排，並且早早在車站等候。帥氣健談的小夥子開着奧迪A6，全程搶着提行李，與酒店接觸的第一程就把滿意度拉滿。入住期間，管家所有的反饋都非常及時到位，訊息秒回，句句有迴應，事事有着落！前台正對着電梯，外賣均由酒店人員送到房間，安全度拉滿。進出都會跟你打招呼，出去啊，回來了，賓至如歸在此刻具象化！
中國有句老話叫做窮家富路，如果你的預算還算寬裕，我建議你選擇這裏，性價比很高，物超所值！最後説一點不足，房間內的椅子麪最好定期清洗。祝越做越好！
