Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

The last stop in Banna was arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which was the most correct arrangement for this trip. The room was clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony view was great, which made the body and mind relax. I made an appointment for hotel service in advance, and saw two elephants on the bed as soon as I entered the room. The hotel swimming pool was also very clean, and the bubble party in the afternoon was also loved by the children. The intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the hotel lobby were also worth experiencing... I made an appointment with Anman for travel photography. The clothes and accessories were very beautiful. The hotel gave us simple photos, and if we wanted something more exquisite, there was an upgraded service. Children could wear accessories alone. The photographer was very professional and captured very smartly. The environment of the hotel was also beautiful. Almost every photo was good. I might have to struggle to choose the photos. In short, it was worth it! ~

It is very close to Gaozhuang Starlight Night Market and Lancang River, but my room is not a river view, but a street view, which is a bit noisy! There is an outdoor swimming pool, and the children had a lot of fun playing in the water, and they also met friends to play games together. There is a pick-up service, but it is not easy to get a taxi from inside, so you need to place an order in advance. The girl at the front desk is very friendly, thumbs up👍

The hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

Excellent little hotel. Owners were very helpful and found us a local driver to take us on day trips. Pool was also great to use after a long day touring. Superb location, steps down directly to bridge for access to the floating market or just walk right for 2 mins to reach the temple and night market. The village area its set in is amazing. Very cute roads all around filled with lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spotlessly clean, 2 big balconies overlooking the pool. Stayed with my family of 5 and we all loved this place. Oh, huge beds and really comfortable too- can sleep 3 kids to a bed easily. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I am glad I booked this location. I am not a party animal, so I think it is very quiet here considering how loud it can get at night with the noise from the rave and night market. There is a nice walking path that follows the river across the street from the neighborhood in which the homestay is in. Next time, I will try to bring a bike or standing scooter to travel around easier but most places in the city can be reached within 15 minutes by taxi.

The hotel as very nice and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and amazing amenities. During the three nights stay , we were looked after by our dedicated concierge, Mr Sitting, who recommended to us many beautiful places to visit and delicious restaurants to eat in ; even helped us to find a place to rent a scooter , yaaaay ! I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Xishuangbanna

The hotel arranged a free pick up from the airport. Upon arrival, the front desk gave a free upgrade to a suite. The room is quite spacious, very quiet in the morning and evening, with a small balcony. I went out to play in Banna for a day, and my clothes were often soaked. It would be nice to wash them and hang them on the balcony when I came back. The breakfast is relatively simple, especially for those of us who don't eat spicy food, the choices are narrower. But fried dough sticks, soy milk, egg and pickles are enough for us. There will be a kind of fruit every day, but the type is basically the same. In fact, it’s okay not to order breakfast. The restaurants around the hotel are open early. The hotel is very close to the Daxing Supermarket, turn left about 50 meters when you go out. The supermarket has all kinds of daily necessities, and the price is also approachable, highly recommended. The hotel is 500 meters away from the Gaozhuang Tourist Service Center, where you can take a direct train to the scenic spot. Before 7 o'clock in the morning, the front desk was locked with black lights and no one was there. This should be told to the guests in advance.
