環境還真可以，但是衞生我無法言語，床單床單是臟的，枕套也是臟的，雖然大半晚上工作人員來換了床單和枕套，但是讓人心裏還是很膈應

大家不要住這個酒店 環境極差 酒店的態度也不好 衹要是水特別小 洗澡根本不行 燈也不行 就一個小燈 根本看不見 這麼大的酒店環境這麼差 設備壓根就沒有 服務壓根就不行

帶着長者入住，一晚上沒有熱水能洗澡，聯繫酒店前台，等了半個多小時才有人上來，説解決不了，讓我們第二天早上再洗，第二天早上也沒有熱水。。

準備第二天去賽里木湖，選擇精河縣中轉歇歇腳，價格實惠，房間面積大，乾淨沒有異味。位置耶挺不錯，非常安靜，開車幾分鐘就可以到吃飯的地方。非常推薦！

房間掛衣服那裡都有蜘蛛網了，可見多久沒有打掃過了。
淋浴間還有上個住客的什麼包裝袋包裝，衞生間地面也還有塑料袋，不知道哪裡來的。
毛巾黑黑的，潮乎乎的。
衞生條件真的堪憂，不推薦。

設施：老，舊，還有壞的。入住的房間開關壞了，有個燈打不開，換了一個房間。 牙具，拖鞋都是很廉價的。
衞生：極差。浴巾雜亂擺放我分不清是用過的還是沒用的，而且顏色偏暗，很硬真的需要更換了。洗手枱有香皂用過痕跡。水杯上面有茶漬.黑點，桌面有灰塵。想給前台打電話，酒店電話是壞的。
服務：沒有什麼服務可言。第一次房間不好，換房間的時候，前台想讓我自己把房卡單獨送下去一趟。再説早餐，筷子先不乾淨，全素,主食衹有饅頭花捲。感覺應該沒有廚師，好像是兩個大姨做的。 另外這個酒店入住需要按金。
整體: 以上附加圖片憑證。我個人認為，這個酒店像是旅行團合作的酒店，為了體現給大家住的酒店檔次還不錯，攜程上價格標的虛高。但環境和設定以及衞生，真的一言難盡。住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。
