房間乾淨，空間大。我將手錶遺失在房間，聯繫房東後馬上幫我寄出了，後面還很仔細問我有沒有收到。很感謝房東拾金不昧。

2023年8月入住，房子位置便利，小區基礎建設還未完成，粉塵較大，不敢開窗户。小區車輛擺放無序，停車位不多。住房衞生還算乾淨，晾衣桿設在衞生間，不太通風。陽台放個晾衣架就更好了朝陽衣服容易晾乾。垃圾桶未配備垃圾袋。餐桌配備餐椅好幾個都是壞的，椅背不能向後靠，有受傷風險。晚上下雨停電，後面又來電了。總之住宿條件感覺一般。

找到達目的地後導航有問題，沒有導航到目的地，打了很久電話房東也沒有接，等了很久才取得聯繫，最後才找到了具體地方。房屋整體性價比還是可以的，這個價格住4個人，三張床非常舒服，房屋整體裝修時間比較長了。就是半夜有警察查房，也不知道是真警察還是假警察，把一行人都嚇了一跳，這點體驗感就非常差了。

房子非常乾淨寬敞，各種設施也很齊全，住着很舒服，體驗非常棒！房東人也很好，電視缺少一個遙控器，立馬送過來，還給孩子們找出好看的電視節目。一萬個推薦！就是忘記拍照片了，其實看房東的照片就行，很真實。
