I have stayed here many times. Yesterday, I placed an order online and the front desk clerk told me that my price was only for the single room at the elevator entrance. I stayed here before at the same price and on the 3rd floor, and it was not stipulated to be at the elevator entrance. I said that the elevator entrance was a bit noisy and I changed to a middle position. The front desk told me that the middle position would cost more. It is more expensive. What kind of logic is that? They won't change it, but they have to pay more if they want to change it. Is this possible? Later, my friend stayed here at the same price and it was not stipulated to be at the elevator entrance. The front desk seems to charge randomly.

Everything was good except that the towels had a lot of yellow spots. I asked the front desk to change them for new ones and told them that the towels would not be changed today, so we washed them ourselves and they were replaced with yellow spots. Other than that, everything else was good.
