入住當晚廁所堵住，（廁所設施不好），給前台打多個電話（此酒店標明24小時都有前台），無人接聽，最後接聽後表示當時衹有她一個工作人員，第二天早上8點找人過來修理、但是第二天下午都還未修理，且入住當晚我特意下樓等前台處理事情後，和她確定了兩晚是我們自己確定續住無需她自動給我們續住（因為我們開始衹定了一晚上），結果第二天下午兩點多已經刷不開房卡，而且退款十分繁瑣！！！
