Hotels in Ancient Kiln Folklore Expo Area/China Ceramics Museum, Jingdezhen

We choose this hotel because of proximity to the Museum of Ceramics. Hotel is located within 15-20 minute taxi drive both from the airport and the Railway station. Since taxis are omnipresent and cheap all Sightseeing spots are reachable without any problem. The hotel is new and spread over a large area with st least 7 separate buildings. This isnot convenient in case ones room is far from the restaurant. But there is a good shuttle service. The hotel definitely doesn't belong to the five star category. The restaurant is already closed at 8 pm. The breakfast buffet is also far from the five star category, provide mostly Chinese meals with a limited choice of European meals ( for instance no cheese at all). Coffee machine is available. The staff friendly. The porcelain shop is good. We bought there several things for quite reasonable prices. There is no beer or wine bar - that's a pity as the hotel is not within a populated urban area. Our special thanks go to the young employee Vern. He was very polite and helpful, making suggestions on places worth visiting and even organizing a car with driver to visit the ancient Yaoli town (this service does not belong to the ”hotel package”, and yet Vern tried to do his best to help us. Overall summary: reasonable 3.5-4 Star Hotel .

I was deeply impressed by the homestay experience in Jingdezhen! They are all full of unique cultural atmosphere and warm service. The Jiangnan courtyard and friendly ladies of Lirentang Hidden Life B&B make people feel the warmth of home, while the design sense and quiet environment of Xingshan Osmanthus Garden make people completely relaxed. In addition, the quiet environment of the mountain homestay and the thoughtful service of the owner also made me linger. Each homestay is integrated with Jingdezhen’s ceramic culture, allowing people to feel the unique charm of this city during their stay. Highly recommended to all friends coming to Jingdezhen!

From check-in to check-out, I was healed by the thoughtful service of the front desk lady Yan Zi. ▪️ Miss Yan Zi is super enthusiastic! Communicate the arrival time in advance, arrange a twin room immediately when you arrive at the store, and carefully remind Jingdezhen weather and nearby food guide; ▪️ The room is clean and bright, the twin bed is wide enough, and the bedding is so fluffy that you don’t want to get up after lying down! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries have a light porcelain kiln fragrance (local feature!); ▪️ The breakfast is directly enshrined‼ ️ Jingdezhen’s rare freshly boiled clay pot soup + handmade dumplings, as well as alkaline water cakes, dumpling cakes and other local snacks. After eating, you will fall in love with this city! Take a taxi to the China Ceramics Museum for 10 minutes, which is super convenient for night tours; • It is strongly recommended to choose a twin room! It is very suitable for friends to come and play or for family travel. The space is large and you can share tables to drink tea; • Miss Yanzi heard that it was our first time to Jingdezhen, and she also helped recommend several unpopular but super artistic pottery studios. She was very friendly! 💡 Summary in one sentence: The hotel that understands tourists the most! The porcelain in Jingdezhen is amazing, but the warm service of Changtian Hotel is even more unforgettable~ I have recommended it to my girlfriends!

The trip to Jingdezhen was smooth and complete. Although the location is close to the main road, it is really comfortable to take a walk to the Ceramic Museum after a full breakfast. It is also convenient to call a taxi when going out. The mountain view room is the first choice for this trip. We were surprised to encounter the white pheasant on the mountain in the morning. The appearance of the national second-level protected animal proves that the environment is not bad. The hotel is equipped with an antique local restaurant (wooden building) and a garden with the atmosphere of the Porcelain Capital. It may be the main reason why I chose the hotel. The initiative of the hotel service line staff and the owner's attention to detail in building this hotel can be praised and will be recommended to friends👭

七月盛夏入住景德鎮希爾頓，這熱浪滾滾的日子，酒店成了清涼港灣。暑期早餐高峯確實人多，小竅門分享：十點左右去合適。 位置超讚！ 開車十分鐘就能到陶博城，這絕對是避暑+淘寶勝地！裏面涼快舒服，比夜市涼快多了。瓷器購物又便宜又好，強烈推薦。 特別滿意地庫停車，車位充足，對我們這種電車太友好了，還能充電，非常省心！ 最要特別表揚早餐服務的兩位大姐！圖片（見附圖）中這位笑容特別暖心的姐姐就是其中一位。住了好幾天，每天都看到她們忙碌但服務態度極好，面對客流不急不躁，有求必應，主動幫忙，真的很暖心！這種真誠的服務是旅行中的亮點。前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，還會發送旅遊攻略。 夏日景德鎮之行，選擇希爾頓很明智，尤其是貼心的服務和便利的設施位置，值得推薦！

The room is very large and spacious. The disposable utensils are all available. The bathroom design is also very reasonable. There are fast charging and slow charging downstairs. It is convenient for families or couples traveling by car. ～ It is necessary to say that the disadvantage is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy. It would be fine if it was not installed on the balcony, but it was too tired to fall asleep. OK, fine.

A bit hard to get to without a vehicle, had to take a Didi to get everywhere. My main issue was the ”smart” room features, which seem voice activated (and not speaking the language, unresponsive). There were at least 3 different controls to the air conditioning – a box that seemingly does nothing except turn on strong cold or hot air into your face, relentlessly, no matter the set temperature. A mysterious voice activating setting that one staff controlled once at my request, but it resets itself as soon as you leave the room, and they gave me a remote control that also did its own relentless thing. In short, I got a sore throat and kept pestering at the air flow the whole stay. Other ridiculous ”smart” features include a super bright blue light inside the toilet, and curtains that get drawn every time you enter the room, even in the middle of the day. Friendly staff, though no-one speaks english so that limited our interactions.

I have stayed in a hotel many times. The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt very good. The proprietress and the front desk ladies were all good (thank you for the gift, I like it very much!) The few days of traveling to Jingdezhen seem to be pressed the slow button, a unique rhythm to enjoy life, although there is no good weather, But the heart is warm~ The facilities in the store are very beautiful, and the small Mao old noodle soup dumplings not far from the hotel are also delicious! And travel is very convenient, and the nearby attractions are very close, recommended~

The room has been upgraded and is very big. Facilities: Although it takes a little longer, there is also a large triangular bathtub, the bathroom is large, and there is independent air conditioning.
