The breakfast was a great variety of delicious regional Chinese cooking, and a treat to enjoy it surrounded by the hotel's striking, harmonious Zen atmosphere (not forgetting a fabulous fish pool). All the hotel team were amazing, They would go out of their way to help in any way; especially Zhang Yan, who endeavored to speak English and who put up with my appalling mandarin :) I thoroughly loved my stay and highly recommend it🙏

It should have been a very good accommodation experience. I thought there might be a problem with the pipes in the bathroom, so I just closed the door. Unexpectedly, the smell of smoke was so strong that it overflowed the bathroom door. I could only call the front desk. The front desk was answered by a female, and the aunt on duty was sent to come. The aunt went in to check, confirmed that there was a smell of smoke, and immediately replied in their work group. The second time we called the front desk, a male answered the phone. We asked them to solve the problem as soon as possible. At that time, the male said that he had no authority and would notify the duty manager to come to the room to deal with it. After waiting for about a quarter of an hour, a suited man with glasses and a northern accent came. He recorded the entire conversation with his mobile phone. First, he confirmed the strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Secondly, he proposed to upgrade to the room of the next-door Select Hotel, and finally provide cake compensation. We first refused the cake compensation. Second, we agreed to change rooms, but hoped that they would guarantee that there would be no smell of cigarettes in the changed rooms. Third, we hope to refund our 600 yuan weekend price difference. The tall duty manager said that the Select Hotel was smoke-free, so there would be no smell of cigarettes. Regarding the refund of 600 yuan, he can only refund 300 yuan of taxes, but he will report the incident and our demands to the manager of the next day, and promised to reply at 10 o'clock the next day. At about midnight that night, we dragged our luggage to Select Hotel to check in again. The next day in the breakfast room, before we started eating, a slightly fat middle-aged man with glasses came to communicate with us. The hotel still insisted on compensating for desserts, fruits and 300 yuan of taxes. We continued to insist on the 600 yuan refund request and did not have much conversation with him. After a simple breakfast, I quickly contacted Ctrip customer service. I am a platinum member. Ctrip quickly called back ten minutes later, but still could not refund 600 yuan. Ctrip's reply was that the hotel was 300 yuan, and Ctrip gave me a 100-20 coupon accordingly. I still refused. I said that it was so cold and rainy in the middle of the night yesterday that I was about to sleep. Asking me to dress again and pack my luggage was equivalent to a loss of one night. It was very reasonable not to ask for a refund of one night's accommodation fee. It was not excessive to refund the weekend price difference of 600 yuan. (The group purchase was ¥1488, because the accommodation on Friday needed to make up the weekend price difference of 600 yuan) Finally, after 12 noon, the hotel called me and agreed to my request. Ctrip also refunded 600 yuan to my account within half an hour after the call. So, the whole experience of Hyatt Hotel was so wonderful. I can only say that it was not as good as the service of Sanbao Village B&B booked by Ctrip on the first day!

The breakfast variety is OK, and there is a wide range of choices. The mattress is hygienic and the quilts and sheets are very clean and have no odor. However, the standard room is very small, and the bathroom and shower room are even narrower. The distance between the toilet and the washbasin is so narrow that you will hit the toilet behind you when washing your face. When the bathroom door is opened, it will hit the glass door of the bathroom. Every time you go in, you have to be very careful to push it open so as not to hit the glass. The conditioner is not updated in time after use, and it is a decoration. When you wipe your face with the face towel, you smell a used smell, which is a bit disgusting. There are seven or eight steps from the underground parking lot to the elevator, and it is a bit difficult to drag the luggage. The temperature was 18 degrees when I checked in, but the air conditioner in the hotel room only had hot air. The room was about 24 degrees without the air conditioner, and it would be over 26 degrees in ten minutes after the air conditioner was turned on. But the environment was very stuffy with the doors and windows closed without the air conditioner. There was no cold air. The sleeping comfort was very poor. It was hot when I covered myself with a quilt, but cold when I didn't. I sweated a lot in the middle of the night, so I had to open the window for ventilation. I didn't sleep well all night.

The room has been upgraded and is very big. Facilities: Although it takes a little longer, there is also a large triangular bathtub, the bathroom is large, and there is independent air conditioning. The hotel breakfast is very rich, which is good compared to the hotel star and room rate. Holidays are much more expensive than usual, and early booking is cheaper. The disadvantage is that after holidays, there are more people, and the breakfast room cannot accommodate after 8:15, and they will be transferred to the next room; although the waiter will say that the dishes are the same, they are definitely different in fact. There are fewer dishes, sliced ​​bread (but no oven), and French fries and popcorn are easy to get damp under the air-conditioning wind.

When we checked in, we didn't carefully check the cleanliness of the bed sheets in the room. When we slept, we found a lot of dirty sheets and duvet cover marks. After breakfast, I reported to the manager and she said that it was a problem with the washing plant and would be rectified. However, I still felt that it affected my stay experience. The sound insulation was also very poor. There is a residential building opposite. Compared with Wanfeng in first-tier cities such as Hangzhou, it is still very inferior and deserves more refinement.

There is a street of restaurants next to the hotel, which is very convenient. It is 950 meters away from Taoyang New Village and Porcelain Factory University, and it takes 15 minutes to walk.
