Beautiful room! So, so quiet. It was delightful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from messaging me before airport pick-up until we left. They went the extra mile to help with a restaurant recommendation and then to drive us there! The food was delicious. They were so attentive to our needs and friendly. And the room was fantastic. Loved the bathtub and being able to look outside at the side of the mountain. Furniture and decor was so lovely. We really enjoyed our time in your hotel. Thank you!!!!!

歷年出行中性價比最差的一個店，號稱的無邊泳池是個破水塘子，房間小，設計非常不合理，窗户又小又斜，房間有味，通風不好用，空調不好用，房間沒電視沒電話。半夜十二點，狗在樓道狂叫，一早去餐廳，餐廳裏又是一直大型犬。問有沒有親子活動，給領到自付費的做陶器現場。店家不用給我打電話撤差評。絕不撤。大過年太給人添堵了。這樣的房間什麼勇氣支持1400+一晚？欺負外地人不瞭解情況嗎？之前的評好評拍拍自己的良心，是真心的嗎？為什麼要誤導別人？

整體酒店挺差的，服務也不好，酒店硬件設施很差，三無產品，天氣不好入住體驗感很差。
酒店雨傘還是破洞的，離店工作人員也不幫拿行李。
餐廳不開空調，也是醉了，建議大家還是選大酒店吧。 這個價格也不便宜。

酒店有地暖，升温需要一點點時間。沒想到這個房型在三樓，跟圖片略微有點不一樣。過年期間，客人較多，早餐等了半小時才上，準備的不是那麼充分，不過也可以理解。
