Vienna Hotel (Jingdezhen Taoxichuan)

This is a hotel that is not worth staying in. I have stayed in many Vienna hotels of the same series, and this is the worst one. There are no bath slippers in the room. When I asked the front desk, they said it was for hygiene. There was no hand sanitizer, and after staying for two days, they only gave us a small soap the size of a pigeon egg. The breakfast was even worse. It was bad enough that there were few varieties, but for two consecutive mornings it was all vegetarian. There was no meat at all, not a single piece of meat, not even anything with stuffing. The tourists at the next table cried out that they had been cheated, and asked the restaurant manager, whose answer was: Aren't there eggs in fried rice? It was speechless. I asked the front desk clerk, but he just smiled and didn't answer. He whispered: It has always been like this. The price of the hotel is not low, but if the service quality is reduced in this way, there will be profits in the short term, but the hearts of customers will be lost. Customers' feet will vote. I strongly do not recommend staying in this hotel. I hope the store can reflect on and make corrections.

Checked in for the second time. The waiter was very enthusiastic and patiently explained various attractions to us. The facilities are quite satisfactory, not new, but they feel very comfortable. The room is also very clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is highly recommended.
