Hotel Staff are helpful. Wifi and internet working well. Good Breakfast. The washing machine very efficient (wash and dry) Umbrellas are available during our stay (rainy)

I rarely give bad reviews to hotels. The only bad review I gave in recent years was to this Zhixuan Hotel. The hotel is located in the Creative Park. The basement is dark, there are few cars, the lighting is very poor, and there is water on the floor. That's not a big deal. The room didn't have air conditioning. I talked to the front desk staff and they arranged for a technician to come and just blow air. The room was too hot and stuffy. The whole family was sweating after taking a shower. Is it true that a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night doesn't deserve air conditioning? I originally booked two nights, but I decisively cancelled one night. Everyone really needs to avoid spoilers
