房間裝修清爽，但是衞生不乾淨，床上有不明毛髮，被套皺巴巴的似是沒有更換。前台一個胖的女的的態度非常惡劣，更別談服務了。停車不方便，沒有停車場，停在酒店外面的空地上，前台説違章自負。沒有電梯，開的房間是在酒店外面的一個樓梯上去，不太安全，全程前台沒有任何指引，3開頭的房間害得我拖着行李箱爬樓梯到三樓，沒找到房間號下一樓一問，告訴我要重新下到一樓，再從一樓走酒店外面再上樓梯才能找到房間。

非常不能接受的一點就是隔音真的很差很差，我房間隔壁應該是一個廁所還是什麼，昨天凌晨一點多有人乒乒乓乓的上樓梯，然後開門洗手幹嘛的，都能聽的非常清楚。也不止是晚上，每次有人上樓梯都是很大的聲音，而且隔壁經常有人進進出出的

位置：除了沒停車場，不好停車之外，位置還挺方便的，附近有很多要打卡的小吃和飯店。去陶溪川騎共享電動4塊錢8分鐘，樂天陶社5公里20分鐘，博物館2公里8分鐘。房間：榻榻米很特別，在頂樓2間，一間是榻榻米茶座，一間是麻將桌，廁所和房間隔開。衞生：衞生間會反水，超級無敵臭……晚上有人用的時候就咕嚕咕嚕的，馬桶也沒粘好，坐下去會左右搖，沖水力度不夠，排氣扇也很弱。熱水很快很熱，但是花灑水壓不夠。淋浴間裏面建議加掛鈎，大冷天的出來拿毛巾拿衣服好冷……在榻榻米發現幹了的隱形眼鏡過年期間來，看到比較便宜就訂了，想續訂，問前台，她知道平台上訂得便宜，立刻就操作漲價……無語了……我們朋友第二天換房間，也到5點都還沒交房，但是第二天晚退房就收了錢，雖然她退房晚要收錢是有這個規則，但是交房都晚了，不應該補回這個時間給我們嗎，畢竟後面他們也沒有訂出去……總體：酒店裝修得挺好的，總體是乾淨有氛圍的，地理環境也不錯，就是衞生間問題和臨時漲價這個最後也破壞了好印象。

雖然小，但是地理位置很好，關鍵住宿環境也是不錯的，唯一可能就是沒有停車場，但是前台小姐姐人也超好，還給了我一本旅遊手冊，教我怎麼坐公交。

定的是特價房，但我覺得設施各方面算很不錯的，床也很舒服，不會太小，唯一小缺點就是隔音不太好。這個酒店最棒的是地點方便，附近就有好多可以逛吃的地方，距離各個景點都很近，但由於靠近大馬路喇叭聲也是此起彼落的，酒店的休息用餐區搞得相當好看，有外國酒吧的風格。

這是第二次住了，酒店是比較乾淨的，衹是比較小，但是今天退房問前台能不能晚一個小時退房，她説可以免費到1點前退房，等1點前過去退房的時候又説要收20塊錢，以後不會再來了
