The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice and soft. We were very satisfied with our two-night weekend stay.

你説一開始我入住的時候，讓我多等40分鐘，然後才給我開好房間，也沒個通知啥的，我就當沒發生過，等到晚上洗完澡，躺在床上打算睡覺，靠牆的那一邊（很窄，一個人都過不去，所以不可能是故意弄的），床單上直接給我來幾塊黑色的臟兮兮的污漬??????本來朋友推薦的，説景德鎮比較好的酒店，確實看了一下價格也不便宜，算是排在景德鎮前幾名，結果就這?????連最基礎的床品的衞生都做不好???

歡迎水果/點心:，前台小美女很熱情，還給送了一份早餐，酒店高端大氣，游泳池乾淨衞生，女兒都不想出來了，還送了水果，非常不錯的體驗，下次來了還住這裏

就酒店而言，因為國慶期間，這個價格的體驗衹能説一般。有一點讓人非常不滿，酒店介紹的包車服務，本來説好按金十天內退回。結果二十幾天都沒有動靜，後來主動去找包車聯繫人，幾次電話拒接。後來説包車期間用車被扣分，要我們額外再付費，也肯不提供用車期間視頻，就是真的是太不講信用，這也對景德鎮這種旅遊城市的服務印象大打折扣。誠信守信，才是一個城市發展的根本基礎。

景德鎮最好的酒店，環境優美，安靜，游泳池也很乾凈，所有工作人員都客客氣氣，很敬業，住的六樓，打掃房間的阿姨很負責，前台服務都很好，尤其是張小姐

酒店時間是有點久了，但是房間內設施維護的還可以，空調效果很足也不吵，衞生間挺乾淨，服務也很不錯，工作人員都很友好，客房部的還會貼心的準備洗衣液；泳池乾淨人又少，娃每天都玩的不想走。
但是作為攜程上推薦的親子度假酒店，還是有兩點可以提升下：1、度假酒店免不了要在酒店吃飯，但是週末每天都有宴席，餐廳就不能點餐，吃飯不方便；2、酒店內燈光太昏暗，這個照度可以提升下。
