Xishan Lake Gloria Resort Jingdezhen

I chose this hotel when I went to Jingdezhen for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk clerk enthusiastically introduced me to places where I could buy porcelain in the surrounding area. My first impression was pretty good, and I was thinking of giving the hotel a good review. Well, when I turned off the lights and prepared to go to bed at night, I found that the TV could not be turned off. I pressed the remote control on the bedside for a long time, but the TV could not be turned off. I thought the battery was dead, so I frantically tried to turn off the TV for half an hour, otherwise the TV would be on all the time and affect my sleep. Later, I found that there was another TV and remote control in the living room. I used the remote control in the living room to turn on the TV in the room. I pressed the button and it turned off... I was completely speechless. I misplaced the remotes in the living room and bedroom, which kept me awake for most of the night. I went to get breakfast at 9:40 AM, and even the basic corn was gone. I asked the staff if they had any more, four or five times, but they didn't give me a clear answer. Seeing I was getting a little angry, they told me to ask the kitchen if they had any. I ordered a bowl of noodles from the noodle stall, and the staff prepared them right in front of me. Five minutes later, I went back to ask if they were ready. The staff was stunned for a second and said, "I'll prepare them right now." "Excuse me, where are the noodles they just prepared right in front of me?" Not only that, the breakfast selection was pathetically limited, and it wasn't even 10 PM yet, and so many items were gone, with no refills! After all, your hotel calls itself a resort hotel, so how can you be so ashamed of the quality of your breakfast? It was truly a piece of crap. I've stayed in so many five-star hotels, but this is the worst breakfast I've ever encountered. The breakfast I got is attached; it was completely inedible! I'll never stay at a hotel like yours again when I visit Jingdezhen!

The room was not well maintained. The bath towels were dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was uncomfortable to stay in. However, the service staff were very nice.

I don't want to give a single point. 1000+ a night is not cheap. I drove to the hotel after 11pm. Cars with out-of-town license plates couldn't get through the main gate. There was no one at the security booth. I called the hotel for ten minutes but no one answered. I finally got to the lobby, but there was only one receptionist and one helpful lady. There were more than a dozen people checking in. There was no line, it was all squeezed in. There were all kinds of twists and turns in the process. It was already past 1am when I got the room. When I checked out, I suddenly remembered that the room package I booked included a lot of things, but the front desk didn't mention it when I gave the room. When I asked later, they said that these things had to be reserved before 8pm the previous night. Then why didn't anyone mention it on the reservation page or when I checked in? The staff lied to me whenever they got in. I guess the good reviews are all fake.

I called the front desk at night but no one answered. I made 6 calls before someone answered. The service attitude of the front desk staff was worrying.

This hotel is OK except for the outside, the interior is very bad

Stayed during the Spring Festival, 300 facilities for 1k price. Breakfast is free, but of course there is no free lunch in the world, and the same goes for breakfast. There can be no expectations without expectations.
