Vienna Hotel (Jingdezhen People's Square)

As most negative reviews say, parking is not only troublesome, but the parking environment is terrible! The room has a peculiar smell, it would be better to upgrade to another room! The surrounding environment is so noisy, I really don’t recommend staying here! I originally went for the Vienna brand, but it was completely different from other Vienna hotels!

This is my first trip to Jingdezhen, Jiangxi. I chose the Plaza Vienna Hotel and I didn't expect the service at the Vienna Hotel to be so good. I am very satisfied, the room is very clean and tidy. I have mysophobia. I've looked at every foot and there's no flying dust at all. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels when traveling. For one this time the Vienna Hotel was the most satisfying for me. First of all, the location is very remote. It is a bit difficult to find on the back of the main road. Parking is not convenient. It is arranged in a dilapidated private house. The guide needs to get off the car and go to the hotel lobby to find it before coming. If there are many cars or the skills are poor, it will be easy to get scratched. After checking in, I found that the infrastructure was very poor. I was traveling with my family, so I booked two rooms. One of them had to be replaced twice due to a window problem. The last window that was replaced did not close tightly, and it felt like it would fall off if I applied any force. There were no protective measures and I didn’t dare to move. The location was opposite the People’s Square. I was very tired and wanted to go to bed early that night around 7:30, but the square was very noisy. I asked the front desk if I could change to a quieter room. I left my luggage after checking in. I was in another room and then went out, so this room was almost untouched and there was no problem of wasting manpower on cleaning. However, the front desk still refused and said that they could wait until nine o'clock and the music in the square would stop, and promised the next day There was no noise, but square dancing started again at eight o'clock the next day. The faucet in the bathroom is also broken, the infrastructure is really poor, and it feels like it is in disrepair. The hygiene is also poor. There are still mosquitoes in the weather in December (I understand that this kind of weather may be due to poor hygiene that breeds mosquitoes) , In addition, I feel that the service attitude needs to be improved. In response to the above problems, I communicated with the front desk many times on the phone and online, but they were not solved. I only sent a disposable earplug. I communicated with my family the next day and found that the experience in the other room was also very poor. It was very noisy and the environment was also poor. It was very different from the Vienna where I stayed in Huangshan the day before. After checking out, I received a call asking me to give a good review. To be honest, I always like to stay in Vienna when I am on business or traveling, but this hotel is really the worst experience. I really can’t give a good review without conscience. 1. The location is very good. It is in the city center and has a bus stop at the door. It is convenient to go anywhere. 2. The room was OK, but the check-in process took too long. I was the only one to do it, and two people served. It took an estimated 15 minutes. I sat and waited for a long time. I don’t know whether it was because I was not skilled in the business or there was a problem with the process. But there was no sense of apology. This is my first time living in Vienna and I feel very bad. 3. Because the hotel is close to People’s Square, the square dance every morning is loud with loudspeakers.

太差勁了，就一個位置好點，電梯特別小，酒店也破，進去大廳就很有味道，就一步電梯等半天，房間打掃的也不乾淨，很多灰層，房間的燈很暗，洗手盆的熱水還是壞呢，避雷避雷別住

酒店位置很好，就在人民廣場旁，有專門的停車場停車，前台小陳服務熱情周到，早餐品種齊全，用餐環境也挺不錯，房間收拾的也很乾凈衞生。

房間到晚上六點鐘才能交房，早餐8點就沒什麼東西可以吃啦，停車像走迷宮一般。衞生間特別窄還容易堵塞。下次再也不去啦
