第一天到的時候是12點左右，平台上是寫着的9點就可以入住了，我跟朋友準備去酒店化粧然後出去玩。結果12點左右辦好了入住之後才被告知上一個旅客還沒有退房，聽到的時候我很震驚，平台上寫着清清楚楚的9點辦理入住。老闆還説要不我們退房，但在那種情況下哪裡有地方住。我們最後妥協了，在大廳化完的粧再出去玩的。所以大家要訂民宿一定要知道這家是14:00之後才能辦理入住的。還有我們在退房的時候也很震驚，因為趕高鐵沒有爭辯，我們退房的時候扣了20元按金，理由是我們超了一個小時辦理退房？這合理嗎我請問，還是想要大家避避雷[玫瑰]以上都是本人親身經歷無任何添油加醋行為而且酒店附近全是足療店什麼的很ex

一開始定的大床房，到了店裡跟我説沒房了，給平台打電話，他又跟我説有房了，大床房變成標間，我還要補六十房費，他説要是睡到五點鐘，他就把六十退給我，我睡到了五點二十左右，他跟我説退不了了，給我説這説那，我是真的會謝，還説是我晚來了，我本來自己訂的房，想什麼時候來就什麼時候來啊，自己把我定的房間給別人，還説是我的錯.
