The counter personnel is friendly, and helpful, she arranged someone to carry 2 luggages to the room at level 2, as there is no lift at the hotel, they provide free 4 oranges for us during our check in, it is sweet and nice..
The breakfast is simple and nice, it is enough for us. We requested for late check out, they agreed and brought our luggages at lobby as well.
