The service is terrible, I suspect the good reviews are fake. When we checked in on the first day, there was only one receptionist. Halfway through the process, he went to answer a call from another guest, leaving us alone. We had to wait for a long time until the receptionist finished answering the other guest's call before continuing the process for us, which wasted a lot of our time. In a family room for four, there are only two sets of various supplies including toiletries. Is this reasonable? There were also water stains on the floor of the hotel toilet. A large spoonful of the La Mer facial cream that my friend left at the hotel was maliciously taken away (I usually just use my hands to scoop it out, never a spoon. Now there are traces of a large spoonful being scooped away, which is obviously someone's fault). The liquid foundation was also taken away. I contacted the hotel, but they kept avoiding the main point, didn't give a direct answer, and their statements were inconsistent. Anyway, I will not stay here again next time. Avoid this hotel!
