房間和照片大致是一樣的！但是總體性價比不高的！房間空間很小，兩張床放上去很擠！衞生間的淋浴房真的是迷你小，另外他是臨近馬路邊的，晚上有點吵，隔音不行！房間設施的投影儀也一般，效果不佳！另外距離三寶村裡麪還是有一段距離的，以上房價跟實際對比還是偏高的，不值……如果是自駕的話，還是寧願選擇市區又便宜又好！總體避雷吧

景德鎮出差，通過網上評分預訂的民宿，果然是一家非常值得入住的民宿，民宿很新，房間也非常乾淨，設施齊全，還有歡迎小果盆，前台小姑娘服務態度也非常好，早餐也有配套營養早餐，下次再來肯定還會繼續入住這裏。

差評，出來自駕20多天，這家民宿是最差的，沒有停車位，沒有電梯，行李得自己扛到三樓，前台留了一個兼職女學生，也不好意思讓她搬行李，聽説我訂的房間已經是大的了，但是格局佈置很侷促，一進門非常重下水道的反味，薰的我崩潰了，因為到的時候已經十二點多了，帶着小朋友不方便再換其他酒店，衹能忍住。浴缸裏面有黃漬，也不知道是什麼。所謂的早餐沒有熱食，就是麪包雞蛋。總之就是真的是非常無語。

真“花”築，很景德
在三寶風景區內，交通方便
走廊房間前台樓梯全是陶瓷和花，
裝修風格挺統一的。
雖然鋪的是很不耐臟的顏色的地磚，但卻出奇地乾淨
房間設施也很舒適，佈置很用心，很多小器皿一看就是景德鎮地產的陶瓷

楊梅亭租了電動車，從民宿開到大草坪瓷源境5分鐘，開到受氣瓶10分鐘，開到國際文創中心15分鐘，再進去就不推薦了，因為老闆説會沒電。晚上山裡特別冷，還了電瓶車回民宿休息下再去市區吃回家吃飯，方便，這民宿的管家是二十四小時服務的，就住在樓下，這一點非常好。

沿街半開放的庭院，地處三寶瓷谷唯一一條馬路的入口一側，很顯眼好找，鬧中取靜，去市區更近，停車位不是節假日高峯來的，路邊都有規劃可以停。旁邊是高端景德鎮青花瓷，相比瓷源谷，這裏的青花瓷工作室會更多一些，房型整體比較小巧精緻，我也去過婺源和廬山，景德鎮三寶更相似廬山，配套商業設施看得出日趨在建設中，總體而言是比較愜意的一趟差旅!
