設施：很新，到處都是新的，房間有微波爐、洗潔精、百潔布，洗衣房，對長期出遊非常友好，床可以拼在一起，很大 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：清新雅緻，就是剛進房間有點兒味道，可能是長期沒通風，出去第二次回來就沒有了 服務：熱情周到，孩子沒睡醒，延時退房通通安排，走的時候還給孩子伴手禮和小吃🙏

房間的衞生不太好，馬桶是不擦的，衞生間的地是不擦的，讓阿姨擦一下馬桶和地，全程發現就一塊抹布，而且阿姨一邊打掃一邊手機免提在打電話，淋浴房的頭髮不清理！房間的礦泉水不補，沐浴液護髮素在我第三天晚上發現都沒了，也不補！拍了很多照片，我就隨便上幾張！

服務遠高於酒店所處星級…一開始辦理入住的時候沒到時間就出去逛了圈。回來的時候前台經理給我發了旅遊攻略。已經讓我覺得很是貼心了…但是由於打掃的一些問題。入住有一些延遲不過立馬就解決了。響應速度之快都讓我有一些訝異。並且一直有後續的詢問是否有其他需求…並盡力滿足。早餐也非常的豐富。總體所有的工作人員都很熱情…很少可以遇到這麼優秀的團隊。雖然衹是高檔型但是就服務來説遠超豪華型。如果有朋友來的話也會推薦朋友入住的…
