I never commented before, but this time I was really angry. Atour is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though the soundproofing is poor, there is a table playing cards in the next room until 12:30 in the morning. There is no door closer on the door. I was woken up by the loud noise of the door three times when I entered and exited. The sound of stools mopping the floor waited for me. I can tolerate it. The most unbearable thing is that downstairs is the kitchen! The kitchen exhaust pipe passes under the floor of the room where I live! At five o'clock in the morning, the whole room was vibrating. The popping sound of the exhaust pipe was really amazing! I don’t understand why this kind of room is still for sale! There are clearly vacancies! Even the children woke up! The most annoying thing is that this was not informed before check-in! Call the front desk and ask me to move the room! Said there is a courtyard room on the first floor! Asked what the sound was and said it was from the kitchen, everyone knew it! I instantly felt like I was paying for my suffering! Even with Ctrip, my impression is bad. I don’t know if it’s because of the relationship I booked with Ctrip! I will not be taken advantage of, and all depar**ents will complain to the end! So that everyone knows, I still don’t know why it passed the fire inspection, and whether the kitchen has gone through sanitation and epidemic prevention. There is obviously a bathroom upstairs in the kitchen! The video is so loud and you can still hear vibrations, but the video sound is less than one-tenth as loud as the live scene...

房間隔音不行，太差了，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚，由於是帶4個月大的孩子入住，孩子睡一下就被吵醒，一直哭。隔壁説話也就算了，動不動就罵人，一下説這個人的母親，一下説那個人的父親。後來反饋給攜程讓幫忙聯繫酒店，看能否讓隔壁小點聲，酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，凌晨1點直接我們更換了房間。更換的房間還行帶個小院子，不過沒起到任何作用。

第一次差評，連半顆星都不想給。我訂的是382一晚無早餐，不可退。下單後發現另一個平台370一晚含雙早。我入住時向工作人員反映了這個情況，請他們送兩份早餐。他們的表現如下： 第一，推卸責任。當我提出訴求時，亞朵酒店員工立刻表示“第三方平台價格與我們無關，我們也管不了”。不是，第三方平台推銷你酒店不是你們主動授權的嗎？ 第二，雙標，衹考慮自身利益。我提出可以由酒店退掉我攜程訂單，再重新訂，他以“如果酒店退單，會降低在平台的評分”為由拒絕我。但是，以往該酒店在旺季期間，會在平台上把顧客提早用低價訂的酒店退了，讓顧客重新預訂高價的。怎麼，這時候不用考慮平台評分了？真是雙標，吃相太難看，衹顧自身利益，不考慮顧客感受，太小家子氣。 第三，不懂變通怕擔責。正常遇到這種情況，酒店應該是要主動提出送早餐的。但亞朵酒店的員工一股死腦筋，既送不了早餐，也不願意向領導申請送早餐，強調他衹是打工的，説“向領導申請早餐會被罵”？？？有風險被罵所以不願申請。還質疑其他酒店“給好評就贈送早餐”的做法，不是，你吝嗇就吝嗇唄，怎麼還要踩別的酒店一腳！ 總之，亞朵員工對於不能送早餐説了一百個理由，但沒有一個理由是站在顧客的角度考慮的，全都是以“送了早餐會給酒店帶來什麼損失，會給員工帶來什麼損失”的藉口拒絕送早餐。我不信諾大個酒店連送兩份早餐就權限都沒有。

距離陶瓷博物館很近，停車方便，房間乾淨，床品十分舒服，早餐也很豐盛，房間裏有咖啡外帶一次性杯子。用了一次洗衣房，感覺很好，適合出來時間長的人換洗下衣服。下次來景德鎮還會選這裏。

第一次住亞朵，體驗很棒，一如介紹床品很舒服，房間設計新穎、智能，有無線充電器，洗衣房設備齊全，把旅途上臟衣服都洗乾淨了。服務主動貼心，特別表揚一下景惜的服務。
