Reception staff very helpful, giving us advice about which places to visit (Ceramic History Museum excellent). Parking not particularly convenient (two options about 100 metres from hotel, one underground) but the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old town and finding good local restaurants. We chose a 'Garden View Room' which in reality is not really a garden but an area between the window and the road outside decorated with stones and plants, however this was tastefully done and we were not aware of noise from outside. The room itself was large and cosy, we particularly liked the Japanese-style tea drinking area in front of the window. The bed very comfortable and we slept well, we did not try the breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and really enjoyed visiting Jingdezhen.

The hotel is well designed and the living experience is great. The service attitude of Miss Lynne from the guest department is also very good. She arranged relevant information in advance and sent fruits. The overall experience of the National Day trip was good and cost-effective.

We chose this hotel without thinking during the Qingming Festival, but it gave us an unexpectedly comfortable experience. The hotel is surrounded by quiet lakes and green trees, with flowers and birds singing without noise. The lobby is low-key, heavy and luxurious, with high-end stone, and the front desk service attitude is good. The room is not big but the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and the facilities are well maintained, without odor. Although the room is arranged in a corner, it was very quiet for the two nights we stayed. Snacks such as fruit yogurt are given every night, and the breakfast is rich in variety. We chose two local restaurants on the nearby street, both of which tasted good. The Ceramics Museum is about a ten-minute walk away. This is the first time I have written such a serious review, and I have recommended it to my friends.

I like it very much. This is the second day in this hotel. As soon as I arrive, someone will come to help open the car door and carry the luggage. The check-in efficiency is high. There is a piece of fruit every day. Tao Xichuan is right outside the door. It is very convenient to travel. It is designed by a British designer. The room style is also very comfortable with warm light. The breakfast is rich and has many choices, and there are local characteristics. If you come to Jingdezhen, you must stay at Tao Xichuan Hyatt Hotel, which will definitely make your trip worthwhile! ! !

My friend had been there and felt good, so I went there directly this time. We arrived at night, and there was an authentic Jiangxi restaurant next door, which was very good. The hotel environment is good and quiet. I like the tatami design very much, where you can read and write. It feels good 👍 I like the flowers in the room. The shower head in the bathroom is very comfortable, and the bed is also very comfortable, with two different pillows, which is very detailed. The air is fresh in the early morning, and it feels great to wear Hanfu to take pictures in the park.

The hotel is close to Taoxichuan, and the old 798 factory is downstairs. There is a market downstairs where you can buy things. There is a small stall at the door where you can eat fried dough sticks and glutinous rice cakes. Fan's beef bone powder is across the road. Turn left and there is 8 degrees kitchen, which is quite convenient. The room is big, with twin beds, but there are many people in the summer, so I was assigned a room near the elevator. I could still hear the sound of the elevator. The shower water temperature was unstable. The breakfast was OK. The hotel gave me a free pottery pulling experience, which the children liked very much.

The hotel's location is OK. It is easy to park in both the ground and underground parking lots, and there are many parking spaces. After the license plate is entered into the system, it is free to enter and exit as many times as you want every day. It takes less than ten minutes to drive to the Imperial Kiln Museum, and it takes only five or six minutes to walk to the famous local Lele food stall. Friends who like nightclubs can stay here, make an appoin**ent for a night tour of the Imperial Kiln, and then go to the food stall. It is still good. The breakfast variety is OK, and there is a wide range of choices. The mattress is hygienic and the quilts and sheets are very clean and have no odor. However, the standard room is very small, and the bathroom and shower room are even narrower. The distance between the toilet and the washbasin is so narrow that you will hit the toilet behind you when washing your face. When the bathroom door is opened, it will hit the glass door of the bathroom. Every time you go in, you have to be very careful to push it open so as not to hit the glass. The conditioner is not updated in time after use, and it is a decoration. When you wipe your face with the face towel, you smell a used smell, which is a bit disgusting. There are seven or eight steps from the underground parking lot to the elevator, and it is a bit difficult to drag the luggage. The temperature was 18 degrees when I checked in, but the air conditioner in the hotel room only had hot air. The room was about 24 degrees without the air conditioner, and it would be over 26 degrees in ten minutes after the air conditioner was turned on. But the environment was very stuffy with the doors and windows closed without the air conditioner. There was no cold air. The sleeping comfort was very poor. It was hot when I covered myself with a quilt, but cold when I didn't. I sweated a lot in the middle of the night, so I had to open the window for ventilation. I didn't sleep well all night.

Comfortable bed…I like a firmer bed. Breakfast can be skipped…Starbucks is close and some street food options as well. The basic room is best for 1 person which I was. My friend upgraded and loved the extra space. I really only slept here so for that it was great! Good water pressure. I think the walls are thin but it didn’t bother me. My friends had trouble sleeping with some of the night time noise. Didn’t take many pics of the room but did take a pic of the table when I walked in. It had a sticky residue on it. When someone came to clean she use a wet rag…no cleaner. I asked her to use something and she said, “oh it’s fine…see.” I’ll probably stay somewhere else next trip. Just bring your own wipes if you choose to stay here.

The room is very spacious. The lobby is under renovation. It was very noisy when checking in. The hotel's all-day restaurant does not have Western dishes. The freshly made rice rolls for breakfast are a plus. The catering service is average. The chef who cooks noodles for breakfast is rigid. She doesn't tell the guests who just lined up that someone ordered it before her. The problem is that the noodles are out of the pot right away, so it doesn't delay the guests who ordered noodles. 🍝... The breakfast fruit products are good, mostly whole fruits, and the chef's speed of adding food is also OK; the breakfast waiter is quite fast, and there is no service language overall. Let's talk about the humanized service. We had dinner at Taoxichuan Creative District. The child was sleeping during dinner. We went back to the hotel and ordered fried rice for the child. We asked the restaurant to borrow a small bowl. The waiter ran to ask the restaurant manager or supervisor. The feedback we got was that tableware could not be borrowed. Later, he said that we could pay a deposit, etc. I want to say that the room service also delivers to the room and the guest also said that he would pay a deposit or deliver it immediately after the meal. In the end, although the tableware was borrowed, the service during this communication process did not give people a good feeling. The entire hotel does not use many service words to serve guests. The floor waiters will not take the initiative to greet guests when they see them. The lobby manager, concierge, and other management staff will not smile and greet guests when they see them. The overall courtesy and etiquette are still not friendly enough to guests. If you don’t like taking pictures, it is not recommended to go to Jingdezhen Sanbao Village, especially men and children. It is okay to walk around on the lawn when the weather is cool and children run and play. At some popular check-in spots, beauties line up to take pictures. Many stores require consumption to offset the ticket price before you can enter to take pictures and check in. Finally, I would like to praise Sandy at the front desk for her friendly and non-stiff service.
