最差的酒店沒有之一，水龍頭連水都沒有，早晨起來臉都沒法洗，衞生更不用説了，感覺就是在臭水溝裏住，空調一點反應都沒有，凍感冒了

因為要去南石窟寺才入住這裏，客房在三樓，沒有電梯，感覺很一般。幾乎沒有熱水，水龍頭放很久才有温乎的感覺，無法洗澡！這種所謂酒店今生也就住這一次！

衞生條件差，暖風不管用，網絡也不能用，服務態度不好，問一句説一句，不問的話衹字不提，早餐是在外面吃的牛肉麪，根本看不到牛肉，還特難吃，麪都沒煮熟，總之很不滿意

攜程顯示可以帶寵物，到了前台説不知道可以帶，兩個人竊竊私語交頭接耳就是不給開，又要看攜程上邊顯示的可以帶寵物訊息，盤問了半天最後再三催促才請示上級開的房。而且語氣裏還透露着一種很不耐煩的感覺，讓人感覺不是酒店不允許帶寵物、而是前台兩個人自己的想法不讓帶！服務太差勁！
