維也納的設施還是不錯的，衹是這家店裡的蟲子（和蟑螂差不多大小）實在恐怖，晚上十點入住，一開始衹在牆角有一些，打死幾衹就睡了，早上起來才發現房間裏到處都有，最可怕的是掀開床單在床底下密密麻麻有很多，衹可惜手機伸不進去拍不到。
早上和酒店投訴，前台質問我為什麼不第一時間換房，還説這麼多客人衹有我反應有蟲子問題，經過交涉，又辯解説現在七月份是甲蟲季，有蟲子是正常的…
另外，WIFI到十一點多也斷了，打電話詢問説是房間位置導致信號不佳，直到早上才知道是線路故障，等工人上班才能維修。
前台既不誠實，也不誠懇，還不誠信，實在愧對晉江集團酒店品牌。
我覺得作為一家酒店，除了衞生和硬件，最重要的是在遇到各種問題後酒店方面解決問題的態度和方式方法，推脱責任並不會有任何幫助，希望酒店加強各方面的管理。

第一：辦理入住時問前台房間有USB接口嗎？前台居然回答不知道🤷（自己的設施都不清楚嗎？沒有培訓過嗎？）
第二：淋浴間有一副被用過的牙膏牙刷放在淋浴頭下。（説明房間沒打掃乾淨）
第三：淋浴頭一直滴滴答答流水、淋浴頭都壞掉了不知道修一下嗎？
第四：馬桶堵塞、早上醒來發現地上一灘污水！噁心死了！誰家好人酒店這種情況啊！早上行程比較趕、懶得投訴。維也納好歹也是連鎖店…槽點怎麼會這麼多！
