Jingbian Blue Diamond Business Hotel

We arrived at the store around 4pm. The front desk receptionist was sleeping on the bed with his head covered. I called him several times before he woke up. My first impression was very bad. After completing the formalities, I entered the room and put down my luggage, then immediately went downstairs to buy some food. When I passed the service desk, the receptionist was still sleeping, which showed how much sleep she had. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk was empty again. Without saying anything else, I just want to ask Ctrip if I encounter this situation again in the future, can I cancel my booking even though the fee has been paid.

The room was ok. The service was good at first, and the hotel was very accommodating because our itinerary changed. But later, a new staff member was replaced and the style of painting changed suddenly. I went to the front desk to borrow a hair dryer, and the attitude was like that of an enemy. The problem is that there is a hair dryer listed in the facilities in your room. So one person affects the image of the entire hotel.

The room is cost-effective, and the picture is a little different from the current situation. The picture showed two bottles of mineral water, but in reality they were not given. After communicating with Ctrip customer service, they were given back and the problem was solved.
